Order support information

Include your PrintBee order number, registered email address or mobile number, and a brief description of the issue. For print-quality concerns, include clear photographs where appropriate. Do not send passwords, delivery OTPs, complete card details, UPI PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Privacy and grievance requests

Email printbee.co.in@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or “Grievance”. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify the account or order concerned. We may request limited additional information to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.

Response times

We aim to acknowledge support requests within 48 hours and resolve grievances within the period required by applicable law. Urgent active-order concerns should be sent by WhatsApp with the order number.
