Shipping and Delivery Policy

PrintBee delivers printed orders only to locations displayed as available during checkout. Delivery charges are shown before an order is placed.

Processing and delivery

Processing begins after confirmation. Timing depends on page count, print options, service availability, and local delivery capacity. Customers can follow progress in My Orders.

Handover

The assigned delivery partner may contact the customer using the supplied mobile number. The customer should inspect the order and share the six-digit delivery OTP only after receiving it. OTP verification completes delivery and deletes uploaded document files.

Delays and failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or details are incorrect, PrintBee will attempt to contact the customer and arrange the next reasonable step.
