Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the PrintBee website, applications, printing, add-on, payment, pickup, and local delivery services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, uploading a file, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

1. About PrintBee and eligibility

PrintBee provides made-to-order document printing and related fulfilment services in supported locations in India. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you use the Services for an organisation or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them.

2. Accounts and communications

You must provide accurate and current account, contact, and delivery information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You consent to receive transactional communications about authentication, orders, payments, printing, support, and delivery by email, phone, WhatsApp, or in-app notices. Marketing communications, where offered, may be opted out of without affecting essential service messages.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected Services. An order is accepted when PrintBee confirms it and can still be cancelled or adjusted if a file is corrupt, unsafe, unlawful, technically unsuitable, outside our service capability, or affected by an obvious pricing or configuration error. We may contact you for clarification; delays in responding may delay or prevent fulfilment.

4. Files, page counts, and print settings

Machine-detected page counts and the settings displayed at checkout are used for pricing and production. You must review the uploaded file, copies, colour-page selection, single- or double-sided setting, finishing options, delivery details, and special instructions before ordering. Screen colours, margins, image quality, fonts, scaling, paper appearance, and finishing may vary within reasonable commercial tolerances.

5. Prices, taxes, fees, and payment

Prices and applicable printing, add-on, platform, packaging, delivery, surge, or late-night fees are displayed before confirmation. Taxes, where applicable, will be included or shown as required by law. Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. PrintBee does not ask for or store your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, or complete payment credentials. An order may be placed on hold or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or not received.

6. Customer content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your files. You grant PrintBee a limited, non-exclusive right to store, access, reproduce, process, and share the files only as reasonably necessary to validate, print, fulfil, support, and secure your order. You confirm that you own the content or have all permissions needed to reproduce it and that doing so does not infringe copyright, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

7. Prohibited content and use

You must not upload or request printing of content that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, exploitative, defamatory, obscene where prohibited by law, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, or intended to facilitate unlawful activity. You must not upload malware, misuse the platform, interfere with security, impersonate another person, evade charges, place fraudulent orders, or misuse customer-support or delivery personnel. We may reject, suspend, preserve, or report activity where reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect users and the public.

8. Delivery and verification

Delivery is available only in supported service areas. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by volume, file issues, traffic, weather, access restrictions, customer availability, or events beyond reasonable control. Inspect the package at handover and share the delivery OTP only after receiving it. The detailed Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms.

9. Cancellations, refunds, and defects

Because printed products are made to your specifications, cancellation may be restricted after production starts. Verified defects, duplicate charges, non-delivery, and other eligible claims are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory remedy available under applicable consumer law.

10. Third-party services

Authentication, hosting, storage, payments, mapping, communications, and delivery support may rely on third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to services they independently provide. PrintBee remains responsible for its obligations and does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Service availability and changes

We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue features and may revise service areas, operating hours, prices, and capacity. We will not apply a price change to an already accepted order unless you approve a requested change or correction. We may suspend access for a material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or conduct that threatens the Services or others.

12. Disclaimers and liability

We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintBee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from customer-supplied errors, unauthorised content, or events outside reasonable control. For a claim directly arising from an affected order, our aggregate contractual liability will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PrintBee against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from content you were not authorised to reproduce, your unlawful use of the Services, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not require a consumer to indemnify PrintBee for PrintBee’s own breach or negligence.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Any dispute remains subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and consumer commissions under applicable law. Nothing here restricts a consumer’s right to approach an appropriate statutory authority or consumer dispute redressal commission.

15. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
