Privacy Policy

PrintBee collects account email, customer name, mobile number, delivery location, order details, payment status, and documents submitted for printing. We use this information to authenticate users, fulfil and deliver orders, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain transaction records.

Document handling

Uploaded documents are stored privately and are available only to authorised PrintBee administrators for fulfilment. After OTP-confirmed delivery, document files and their upload records are permanently deleted. Order details are retained for operational, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes.

Sharing and security

We share only information needed by assigned delivery partners and providers supporting authentication, hosting, storage, and payments. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us. Some transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
