A clearer path from your file to a printed order.

PrintBee is an online document-printing service built around the practical steps students use every day: prepare a file, select available options, review the total, pay securely, and follow an order through fulfilment.

What PrintBee is for

PrintBee helps customers submit PDFs and supported image files for A4 document printing. The live order form presents the print and add-on options currently available, calculates the order total, and lets a customer review the cart before payment. Delivery availability is checked during checkout for supported locations.

How an order works

  1. Upload and review: select a supported file and verify the detected page count and your file choices.
  2. Choose available options: use the live form to choose B&W, colour, copies and any available services or add-ons.
  3. Checkout and payment: confirm the order details and payment through the available payment flow before fulfilment begins.
  4. Order updates: signed-in customers can view their order status in PrintBee. Delivery details and eligibility depend on the order and current service availability.

Care for documents and data

Documents are order materials, not public content. PrintBee’s Privacy Policy explains how uploaded files, account information and order information are handled. Do not upload a file you are not entitled to print, and keep the original file until your order is complete.
