Troubleshoot the file before it becomes a print problem.

Most printing issues begin in the source file: a page that is too wide, an image copied at low resolution, or a blank page left behind by manual spacing. Use this checklist before upload.

Text or tables look clipped

Check page size and margins in the source document. A wide table may need a landscape page, narrower columns or smaller—but still readable—text. Do not solve a clipping problem by shrinking the entire document until body text becomes difficult to read.

Screenshots look blurry

Use the original image or capture the screen at a readable size. Enlarging a small screenshot inside a document does not create detail. If text within an image is essential, test it at normal reading size in the exported PDF.

Unexpected blank pages

Turn on formatting marks in your editor and look for manual page breaks, extra paragraph marks or a section break with a different layout. Export again and inspect the final PDF page-by-page. The PDF, not the editable draft, is the file you should upload.

Orientation is wrong

Set a page to portrait or landscape in the source before exporting. Rotate photographs or scans so they are upright. If an individual page must differ from the rest of the report, check the transition into and out of that page in the final PDF.

When to ask for help

For an active PrintBee order, use Contact PrintBee and include the order reference. Do not send passwords, payment PINs or delivery OTPs. For a document that has not been ordered yet, correct the source file first and keep your original copy.
