Current PrintBee availability
The current standard PrintBee customer order flow presents single-sided A4 printing. It does not currently offer a customer-facing double-sided selection. This guide explains how to prepare a document if you need duplex printing elsewhere or if the service is introduced later; it is not a promise that duplex printing can be ordered today.
Start with page order and blank pages
Duplex documents pair pages on the front and back of each sheet. Check the PDF page order and remove unintended blank pages. If a chapter must begin on a right-hand page for a formal submission, insert a deliberate blank page in the source and label it only when your submission rules require that.
Choose the right flip edge
For a portrait document read like a book, pages usually flip along the long edge. For landscape pages, the suitable edge can differ. Export a small two-page test PDF with page numbers in the corners and inspect it before preparing a long report.
Consider binding and margins
If a document will be bound, leave enough inner margin for the binding edge. Avoid placing a page number, table border or key diagram label immediately beside that edge. Follow the actual binding options shown in PrintBee if you order a binding service.
