Prepare a PDF that prints the way you expect.

A PDF is often the clearest format for an assignment, application or report because it fixes the page layout. A quick review before upload avoids most preventable print mistakes.

Use the final version—not the editable draft

Export or download the file after your final edits. Open that exact PDF and scroll from the first page to the last. Check the title page, headings, tables, page numbers and attachments. Do not assume the document looks the same after export from Word, Google Docs or a presentation tool.

A five-minute PDF check

  1. Confirm the page count and page order, including any appendix.
  2. Check that portrait and landscape pages appear in the intended orientation.
  3. Zoom in on a table, chart or screenshot to make sure labels remain readable.
  4. Look for a missing font, replaced symbol or accidental blank page.
  5. Use a simple filename such as Networks_Assignment_Final.pdf so you can recognise it in the cart.

Example: a report with a wide table

If page 7 contains a landscape table, make that page landscape in the final PDF rather than rotating it after upload. Review whether the table text remains large enough to read on A4. If it is too small at normal zoom, simplify the table or split it across pages before ordering.

Supported uploads and size

The standard order form accepts PDF and supported image files, and states the current per-file limit. The upload control and its validation messages are authoritative; if a file is rejected, export it again or choose a supported format rather than changing the extension manually.
