PRINTBEE · PRACTICAL STUDENT GUIDE

Prepare a better print before you upload.

This guide is for notes, assignments, applications and project files. It explains the checks you can make yourself before using the current PrintBee order form for available choices and prices.

01

Check the final file

Open the exact PDF or image that you will upload. Confirm page order, page count, orientation, margins and that every expected page is present.

02

Make text readable

Use normal reading size, avoid faint colours for essential text, and review charts, tables and screenshots at normal zoom before you order.

03

Choose intentionally

Select the live B&W, colour, copies and add-on choices that suit your file. Review the cart before moving to payment.

What to check in PrintBee

  • Files: the upload control lists the currently supported formats and validation rules. The customer flow supports PDFs and supported image formats; a PDF is often best when you need layout to remain consistent.
  • Mixed colour pages: when the order form offers selected colour pages, enter the exact page ranges and review its B&W/colour breakdown before adding the file to your cart.
  • Delivery: availability is checked during checkout after you enter an address. Do not rely on a previous order or an old screenshot for current service availability.
  • Privacy: upload only material you are entitled to print and retain your original file until the order is complete.
